At Quella Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride; if your new bicycle or accessory isn't perfect, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unassembled condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your bike or components in the original shipping crate or box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier point, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics inspect the returned items to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
