How do Quella bikes arrive and is assembly required?
Our bikes are delivered 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle, and perform a basic safety check before your first ride.
What is the difference between a Fixed Gear and a Single Speed?
All Quella bikes come with a 'flip-flop' hub. This means you can switch between a fixed gear (where the pedals move with the wheel) and a single-speed freewheel (which allows you to coast) simply by flipping the rear wheel.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. Once your bike is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Can I return my bike if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your frames?
We provide a 1-year warranty on all Quella frames and forks against manufacturing defects. Components are also covered for 12 months, excluding general wear and tear items like tires and brake pads.
Do you offer any cycle-to-work schemes?
Yes, Quella Bikes supports several major Cycle to Work schemes in the UK, allowing you to save on the cost of a new bike and accessories through tax-free salary sacrifices.
